Child Safety Standards
CameraDuel LLC
CameraDuel has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page explains our standards, how to report a concern, and what we do when we receive one.
Our standards
The following are strictly prohibited on CameraDuel and will result in immediate removal of the content and permanent termination of the account involved:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including photos, videos, or text
- Sexualized content involving minors, or content that sexualizes a minor's body or appearance
- Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to solicit sexual content or contact from a minor
- Trafficking or any other exploitation of minors
- Linking to, requesting, or sharing CSAE content hosted elsewhere
These rules are also set out in our Terms, which every user agrees to.
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use CameraDuel. The service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will remove it. See our Privacy Policy for more.
How to report a concern
- In the app: report a user, a photo, or submitted text directly from the app.
- By email: write to admin@cameraduel.com with the username involved and a description of what happened. Please do not attach or forward the material itself.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
How we respond
- We review child safety reports as a priority.
- We remove violating content and suspend or permanently terminate the accounts responsible.
- We preserve the information needed for an investigation as required by law.
- We report apparent CSAM and child exploitation to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, and to regional and national authorities elsewhere, and we cooperate with law enforcement.
Legal compliance
CameraDuel complies with applicable child safety laws and reporting obligations in the places where we operate.
