All branding, including the CameraDuel name, ducky logo, and website design, are the exclusive property of CameraDuel LLC. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written consent.

CameraDuel is intended to be a safe, creative space. Users agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

3. Future App Terms

Detailed End User License Agreements (EULA) and specific app usage terms will be provided upon the official release of the CameraDuel mobile application on the Apple App Store.

4. Limitation of Liability

CameraDuel LLC is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or the anticipated services.
