Welcome to CameraDuel. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using CameraDuel, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. The Game

CameraDuel is a daily photo dueling game. Each day, you may be matched with friends and given a prompt. Both participants submit a photo independently — neither can see the other's submission until both have submitted. You and your opponent then each vote on a winner. The outcome is determined by mutual agreement.

4. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the photos you submit. By submitting photos to the Service, you grant CameraDuel a limited, non-exclusive license to display your photos to your designated duel opponent within the app. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Sexually explicit or involving minors in any inappropriate way
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
• Spam, misinformation, or deceptive in any way

5. Streaks and Game Mechanics

Streak counts are maintained on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for streak loss due to technical issues. The pause feature is provided as a courtesy and may be subject to limitations.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

CameraDuel offers in-app purchases including duel credits and a Premium subscription. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service
• Create fake accounts or manipulate voting outcomes
• Harass, bully, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The CameraDuel name, duck mascot, logo, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of CameraDuel LLC. The word mark "CameraDuel" is a registered trademark. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CameraDuel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
