Common questions
I can't log in
Double-check that you're using the email you signed up with. If you're still locked out, email us from that address and we'll help you get back in.
My friends aren't showing up
Make sure they've joined CameraDuel and that you've allowed contacts access in your phone's Settings. You can also add friends by username.
I'm not getting notifications
Check that notifications are enabled for CameraDuel in your phone's Settings, and that Do Not Disturb or Focus modes aren't silencing them.
Something in the app is broken
Try updating to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play, then restart the app. If the problem continues, email us with what happened and we'll look into it.
How do I report a user or a photo?
Email us with the username and a description of what happened. We review every report.
Your account and data
You can delete your account any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. See Delete your account for details on what's removed. For how we handle your information, read our Privacy Policy and Terms.
