CameraDuel LLC ("CameraDuel," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

• Account information such as your name, username, phone number, and profile photo
• Photos you take and submit as part of daily duels
• Communications between you and other users within the app
• Payment information processed securely through third-party providers

We also collect information automatically when you use the Service, including device information, usage data, and log data.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Match you with friends for daily duels and deliver prompts
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send push notifications and streak reminders (which you may opt out of)
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the experience
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and other harmful activity

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Other users as part of the core duel experience (photos are shared only with your duel opponent after both parties have submitted)
• Service providers who assist us in operating the Service (such as cloud storage and payment processors)
• Law enforcement or other parties when required by law

Your Photos

Photos you submit to a duel are only visible to your duel opponent — and only after both parties have submitted their photo. We do not use your photos for advertising or share them with third parties outside of the duel experience.

Data Retention

Free users' duel history is stored for 30 days. Premium subscribers retain full history for as long as their account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from the Settings screen.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the date above.
